We specialize in premium replacement windows, custom entry doors, patio doors, luxury glass wall systems, and custom window coverings. Our reputation has been built on honesty, integrity, exceptional craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service.

With more than 500 Five-Star Google Reviews, a beautiful Salt Lake City showroom, and an established presence on television, radio, Google, and social media, we're looking for an ambitious marketing professional to help take our brand to the next level.

This is not a typical social media position.

We're looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of our company by learning our products, understanding our customers, and helping generate qualified leads through creative, measurable marketing strategies.

About the PositionThis unique position combines digital marketing, content creation, customer interaction, and brand development.

You'll spend part of your day working in our showroom greeting visitors, assisting with office responsibilities, answering customer questions, and learning our products firsthand. Those real customer conversations will help you create authentic marketing that connects with homeowners throughout Utah.

You'll also work closely with ownership and our outside marketing partners to improve lead generation, strengthen our online presence, and maximize the return on our marketing investment.

Primary ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead GenerationManage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platformsDevelop engaging marketing campaigns that generate qualified homeowner leadsCreate compelling photo, video, and written content showcasing completed projectsManage and optimize Google Ads (Google Ads experience required)Assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaignsCoordinate digital campaigns with our television and radio advertisingImprove local SEO through blogs, landing pages, Google Business Profile, and website contentMonitor campaign performance and continually improve resultsWebsite & Marketing DevelopmentAudit our website and recommend improvements that increase conversionsWork with our SEO and web development partnersHelp develop landing pages and promotional campaignsTrack conversions, website traffic, and marketing ROI using Google Analytics and other reporting toolsAI & Marketing InnovationUtilize AI platforms such as ChatGPT and other emerging tools to improve productivityResearch new marketing technologies and automation opportunitiesHelp implement AI into everyday marketing workflowsStay current on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative ideasContent CreationPhotograph completed projectsCapture customer testimonialsFilm and edit short-form videos for social mediaDesign graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteWrite blog articles, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional contentShowroom & Office SupportWelcome customers visiting our Salt Lake City showroomAnswer incoming phone calls and customer inquiriesAssist homeowners with scheduling appointments and product informationLearn our products and services to become a knowledgeable brand ambassadorSupport office staff with administrative tasks as needed

QualificationsWe're looking for someone who is ambitious, creative, and eager to grow with our company.

Preferred qualifications include:

2–4 years of digital marketing experienceGoogle Ads experience (required)Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketingStrong writing and communication skillsVideo editing and content creation experiencePhotography experience is a plusCanva and/or Adobe Creative Suite experienceKnowledge of SEO best practicesGoogle Analytics experienceWordPress or website editing experience preferredComfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPTExcellent organizational and time management skillsProfessional appearance with outstanding customer service skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyPositive attitude and willingness to learn
