Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Manager
We're seeking an innovative, data-driven, and highly organized Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our brand presence and drive engagement across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, social media management, analytics, and brand stewardship.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate business opportunities, and improve client engagement across online, social, digital signage, and streaming platforms.
Depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate, this position may include supervisory responsibility for the marketing team.
Location: Based in Muscatine, Iowa, or with the ability to work from the Muscatine, Iowa office 3 days per week.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels and campaignsEnhance website performance through SEO and content optimizationCreate and distribute engaging content across social media, blogs, podcasts, and video platformsMonitor campaign performance and ROI through analytics toolsSupport brand consistency across all digital touchpointsDevelop targeted marketing strategies including retargeting and geofencing campaignsServe as a champion of the organization's brand and reputationMay supervisor marketing staff, providing direction, coaching and performance feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field10+ years of digital marketing experienceExpertise in SEO, social media management, email marketing, analytics, and digital advertisingExperience creating and managing content across multiple platformsStrong analytical and communication skillsFinancial services experience is preferred
Preferred Experience &/or Certifications
Google Analytics &/or Google Ads certificationsDigital Marketing Certifications (AMA or DMI)Experience leading projects, agencies, vendors, or teams.
