Digital Marketing Manager

As Digital Marketing Manager you will report to the company’s Chief Marketing Officer and will be at the forefront of CEIPAL’s efforts to disrupt the HR management software market. You will own the online demand generation budget and be responsible for efficiently deploying it to grow demand and new business, with support from our digital marketing agency and demand gen team. You will research and analyze competitor’s campaigns and obtain insights from customers and industry partners to create a high-impact online demand generation strategy, utilizing the full range of online marketing channels. You will manage the complete marketing conversion funnel and be responsible for tracking, reporting, and optimizing conversions. With over 1600+ clients globally, we are fast becoming the de-facto platform for Recruitment and Staffing firms in the US & across the globe.
