**Job Summary/Description:**
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead our social-first content strategy, partnering with the Creative Services Director to drive high-impact engagement across all social platforms while supporting digital and broadcast initiatives. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, collaborative creator and strategist who lives and breathes emerging social trends. Working closely with news and sales, this role will champion audience growth and community connection across all station brands, client partnerships, and station initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Creative Services Director, News Digital Content Manager, and Local Sales Managers to plan and execute multi-platform social and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies and maintain an organized daily and weekly content calendar.
- Create highly engaging, trend-aware social content designed to grow followers and advance station brands, partner initiatives, and client sponsorships.
- Shoot and edit short- and long-form content (experience with video shooting and editing a strong plus).
- Write engaging headlines and social copy that fit our brands.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
- Submit Demo reel and/or creative examples
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Experience with video, photography, lighting, and audio pre/post production
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere, and After Effects preferred
- Experience using Canva and other social-first applications that establish and lock in brand guidelines.
- Ability to edit short and long-form content
