Digital Marketing Manager – Property Management / Real Estate

A growing Property Management and Real Estate company in the Lansing, MI area is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with their expanding team. Digital Marketing Manager salaries are anticipated to be $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on each candidate's experience and qualifications. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified Digital Marketing Managers will have most, if not all, of the following:

3+ years of recent Digital Marketing experience with a focus on lead generation, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising.Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), email marketing, and website content.Experience developing digital campaigns that drive leads, occupancy, leasing activity, or customer engagement.Strong knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms, CRM/marketing automation tools, and marketing analytics.Experience creating engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.Property Management, Real Estate, Multifamily Housing, Hospitality, or related industry experience is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be strongly considered.Must be authorized to work in the United States (no H-1B sponsorship or student visas considered).Must be able to successfully complete standard pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and references.Why Join Our Team?
