Position Overview
Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This Full time / Permanent position is ideally based in Phoenix, AZ, but will consider candidates from TN, IL, TX, or FL. The role is responsible for overseeing digital marketing strategies and ensuring effective utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and integrations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
6 years of experience in digital marketing and strategy development.
2 years of experience in leading a digital marketing team.
Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools: E-mail Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, CloudPages, MCP, and Einstein Recommendations.
Advanced skills in SQL, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
Strong HTML/CSS abilities with expertise in responsive design and accessibility best practices.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP automation, and large-scale system integrations.
Familiarity with Snowflake and other enterprise data ecosystems.
Understanding of compliance and deliverability standards (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
