Digital Marketing & Media Coordinator

The Digital Marketing & Media Coordinator for Bill Blumenreich Presents will directly support the Marketing Director and work in tandem with the Promotions & Publicity Coordinator on daily event marketing responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: • Assist with content updates for all Bill Blumenreich Presents websites including: The Wilbur, Chevalier Theatre, Bill Blumenreich Presents, and venue subsites • Manage social media accounts for all venue / promoter accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok) - scheduling announcements, presales, show changes, creative, reposting fan content, monitoring DMs, comments, notifications, etc • Edit and post promotional videos, images, and other content • Work with Promotions & PR Coordinator on social media ideas, influencer collaborations, and growth campaigns • Maintain list of sold out shows • Updating and managing venue Facebook Events • Submit show listings to media sites and freelistings • Collaborate with influencers and partners for show promotion • Collect and submit ad packs for settlements (screenshots, PDFs, etc.) About Bill Blumenreich Presents: The portfolio of venues under BBP management includes The Wilbur Theatre in Boston MA and Chevalier Theatre in Medford MA. In addition to venue management, BBP is national promoter of live events across the United States, averaging over 400+ events per year.
