Take a closer look at Sabey Data Centers: https://vimeo.com/173798200 The Digital Marketing Operations Manager is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Marketing Director and supports the marketing and leasing activities for Sabey Data Centers. Our ideal candidate is: Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion Technologically savvy and resourceful Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude Team player Strong attention to detail An effective communicator in speaking and writing Self-motivated with a desire to learn and a sense of urgency Highly organized Able to work nights/weekends or travel when necessary JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Implement marketing strategies across several digital channels Update, improve, and expand existing web properties and build new landing pages and website as required Design and implement automated email marketing outreach campaigns within a marketing automation platform Work collaboratively with the design and leasing teams to produce marketing assets Leverage SEO techniques to drive traffic to our channels and report on rankings and progress Identify content gaps and devise effective strategies to capture leads and route them appropriately Implement, optimize, and manage advertisement campaigns on digital platforms including search engines, social media, and banner advertising Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns across search engines and social media Evaluate and improve branding and campaign consistency across digital channels Recommending, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multi-variate tests Learning software in the martech stack thoroughly to maintain functionality and integration, assist team members utilize them effectively as necessary Administer, support, and train on the sales and marketing software stack, including the integration of various tools Aggregate, analyze, and report on sales and marketing analytics Preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to provide insights and guide strategies for executives, the marketing and leasing departments, and other departments Managing established relationships with vendors and partners as necessary Participating in key industry organizations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or 3+ years of marketing responsibility experience Strong time management and project coordination skills High proficiency in sales and marketing software tools High proficiency with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Javascript High proficiency in writing and editing copy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc. Another Source works with their clients, on a retained project basis, to maximize the recruiting process Keywords: SEO, product marketing, brand marketing, lead generation, analytics, digital marketing, email marketing, social media, marketing operations
