About Us

And You Creations is a Hawaii-based tour company offering a variety of popular experiences across Oahu, including ocean activities, sightseeing tours, hiking tours, and cruises.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & OTA Specialist with hands-on experience in OTA management, SEO, and website content management to join our Honolulu team.

Key Responsibilities

OTA Management

Manage and optimize listings on OTAs such as Viator, TripAdvisor, Expedia, GetYourGuide, and other travel platforms
Create and update tour/product listings, pricing, availability, photos, descriptions, and promotional content
Monitor listing accuracy and performance
Coordinate with OTA account managers and partners
Assist with booking system and OTA integration issues

SEO & Content

Optimize website pages for SEO
Conduct keyword research and competitor research
Update page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and website content
Create and optimize tour pages, landing pages, and blog content
Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Website Management

Update and maintain website content using WordPress
Create and edit tour/product pages
Update text, images, links, pricing, promotions, and other website information
Identify and correct basic website content or layout issues
Work with developers when more technical website changes are required

Digital Marketing

Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions
Monitor website traffic, bookings, and conversion performance
Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is a plus

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

OTA management in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or activity industry
SEO and website optimization
WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Website content management
Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
Digital marketing and online sales
Travel booking systems such as FareHarbor are a plus

Experience with OTA management and SEO is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple online platforms, and able to independently identify and correct issues with listings and website content.

Work Location

This is a full-time, on-site position in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Applicants must currently be able to work in our Honolulu office or be prepared to relocate to Oahu. This is not a remote position.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
