What You Might Work On Approximately 2-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital communications, audience engagement, marketing technology, CRM management, website management, social media, paid media, or related fieldsAgency experience is a plus, but not requiredComfort communicating directly with clients and managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionExperience working with nonprofit, corporate, government, advocacy, healthcare, energy, technology, or policy-focused organizations is a plusFamiliarity with CRM, website management, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and AI-enabled communications platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft Excel, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, or similar tools is preferred.Interest in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies that improve organizational efficiency, audience engagement, and communications performanceStrong analytical, writing, presentation, project management, and interpersonal communication skills
