Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Specialist

This role owns the strategy and execution of paid media, CRM, and conversion optimization across channels, with a clear mandate: turn spend into measurable business outcomes. Own performance marketing strategy across paid media, CRM, and conversion funnels with a focus on driving qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue Translate client goals (revenue targets, CAC, ROAS) into actionable campaign strategies and measurable KPIs Continuously optimize campaigns by pulling the right levers—CPC, CPL, conversion rates, audience targeting, and budget allocation Build and optimize email marketing and lead nurture flows using platforms like HubSpot and Klaviyo Develop email sequences, newsletters, and automated journeys that improve lead quality and conversion rates Support lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies Participate in client communication and strategy discussions (preferred) Translate insights and opportunities into clear action plans and project execution Manage tasks and workflows using tools like Asana 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns tied to measurable ROI Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to sales and revenue outcomes Experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube), Google Analytics 4 and KPI reporting Experience with CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo) and CMS platforms like WordPress Interest and early adoption of AI tools Understanding of campaign economics: CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV Experience with marketing automation and integrations (e.g., Zapier) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities The ability to build rapport and quickly establish excellent working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
