DIGITAL MARKETING & PROJECT COORDINATOR
FULL-TIME | IN-OFFICE | BROUSSARD, LA
Kip & King Marketing is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is NOT an entry-level position. Previous professional digital marketing experience is required.
We need someone who can step into a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects and clients, stay ahead of deadlines, and help keep our digital marketing operations moving.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Coordinate and manage our videographer’s client shoot schedule
Schedule and publish Instagram Reels and other social media content
Organize client video and photography assets
Help manage website builds from start to finish
Track website content, revisions, approvals and launch deadlines
Coordinate with clients and our web development team
Assist with SEO, AEO & GEO projects and monthly deliverables
Gather client content, photos, information, logins and approvals
Manage project timelines, tasks and deadlines
Help ensure client projects are completed accurately and on time
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required — preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of professional digital marketing experience required
Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clients
Experience posting and managing Instagram Reels and short-form video content
Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices
Strong project-management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines simultaneously
Extremely detail-oriented, dependable and proactive
Comfortable communicating directly with clients and team members
Tech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly
Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
Experience with WordPress, website management, SEO, Meta Business Suite, and project-management platforms is strongly preferred.
PAY: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
LOCATION: Broussard, Louisiana

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1–2 Years Professional Digital Marketing Experience Required
