Some weekends when we need to travel to trade shows or exhibits.Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications/Skills:Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateCreating and maintaining client relationshipsCoaching and subordinate involvementManaging processesSelf-motivated yet customer-focusedProficient in marketing research and statistical analysisAble to develop budgetsFamiliar with financial planning and strategyEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:Associates or Bachelor’s in marketing or a related field is preferred.Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industryDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaignsExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc. )Working knowledge of ad serving toolsExperience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search enginesWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsIf you want a challenge and adventure.
