That's the job, and if you're the right person, we don't need to bore you with a list of duties and job requirements. And that's a big part of our brand, so we want it to come naturally to you and not something you have to fake. Which is not to say that you can never take a telework day when there is a good and specific reason to do so, but the right person wants to be here (in the office/venue), wants to be around people, thrives in a social environment, etc. So while not often, we may also need you to be available for some evening/weekend work (all within the District) to do a social media take over if we're at a big event, or something like that. And if youre really big in to PTO, you can even trade back some salary for more.
