Location: Cincinnati (On-Site Required) Job Type: Full-Time or Contract Schedule: Flexible; includes nights and weekends for events Responsibilities • Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others • Plan and execute weekly and monthly posting schedules • Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for posts, promotions, and events • Capture high-quality photo and video content on-site using professional equipment • Produce and edit short-form social content and longer-form video for special events and recaps • Maintain a library of digital photo and video assets • Manage Google Business profile content, including photos, updates, and event posts • Coordinate digital collaborations with partners, vendors, and sponsors • Be on-site for special events, activations, and high-traffic days Qualifications • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or venue • Strong writing and content creation skills • Proficiency with professional photo and video equipment and editing software • Experience producing both short-form and long-form video content • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines • Reliable, organized, and self-directed • Availability for nights and weekends as required • Must be able to work on-site in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area Preferred (Not Required) • Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) • Motion graphics or advanced video editing • Experience in hospitality, entertainment, sports, or live events • Paid social or digital advertising experience How to Apply
