Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help grow our company and support the growth of our clients.

This person will take ownership of our social media presence, develop original marketing ideas, create engaging content, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. We need someone who can think strategically, take initiative, lead marketing projects, and turn ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media accountsDevelop creative content ideas, promotions, campaigns, and growth strategiesCreate and manage weekly and monthly content calendarsPlan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaignsHelp generate qualified leads and attract new clientsDevelop marketing strategies for our company and our clientsMonitor campaign performance, engagement, cost per lead, and conversionsResearch competitors, industry trends, and new growth opportunitiesCreate performance reports and recommend improvementsCommunicate professionally with clients and understand their goalsLead marketing projects and ensure ideas are executed on timeCollaborate with our team while also working independentlyWhat We’re Looking For

Creative and comfortable bringing new ideas to the companyExperience managing business social media accountsKnowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertisingUnderstanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimizationStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsAble to take initiative without needing constant directionFocused on results, business growth, and client satisfactionComfortable analyzing marketing performance and making improvementsExperience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools is preferredBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusTo Apply

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
