Position Summary

Pond Lehocky is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the firm's paid digital advertising programs, maintain campaign landing pages, and manage email marketing initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the broader marketing team to ensure digital campaigns are effectively executed and that every dollar spent on digital advertising drives a clean, functional experience from click to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Digital Advertising

Assist in the planning, setup, and day-to-day management of paid digital advertising campaigns across search, social, and display platforms.Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve targeting, bidding, and ad spend efficiency.Help build and maintain tracking, tagging, and reporting systems to ensure campaign results are measured accurately.Support A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and landing pages.Website Functionality

Maintain and troubleshoot landing pages that paid campaigns drive traffic to, ensuring they load correctly and function as intended.Coordinate with web and creative teams to update page content, forms, and calls-to-action associated with active campaigns.Monitor page performance, including load speed, broken links, and form submissions, and resolve or escalate issues as needed.Help ensure tracking pixels and analytics tags are properly implemented on campaign pages.Email Marketing

Build, schedule, and send email campaigns, including client communications, nurture sequences, and promotional sends.Maintain email lists, segmentation, and compliance with opt-in and opt-out requirements.Track open rates, click-through rates, and other key email performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing or supporting paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, or similar.Working knowledge of website content management systems, such as WordPress, with the ability to make basic page edits and troubleshoot functionality issues.Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues on live campaign pages.Strong written communication skills, particularly for email copy and campaign coordination.Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
