Digital Marketing Specialist

Our team at LeadPoint Digital is currently looking for an outgoing Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing office in downtown Roanoke, VA!An ideal candidate would thrive in a collaborative environment and is extremely detail oriented. The main responsibilities of the role are fulfilling digital marketing activities such as SEO, digital advertising, content management, social media management, email marketing, and more.We offer training during the first three months of employment! Please note we would strongly prefer candidates to have previous digital marketing experience from internships or previously held positions. This position is full-time and in-person.Some responsibilities include:Creating social media content and managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInAssisting with digital marketing tasks from a variety of clients across different industriesCollaborating with colleagues on search engine optimization, utilizing tools like Google AdWords & SEMrushAnalyzing social media or ad engagement to ensure client marketing goals are metAttend weekly marketing meetings to review marketing goals, tasks, deadlines, etc.What we are looking for:Great attention to detail and organizational skillsOutgoing personality with great communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with digital marketing strategies and tools like Google AdWords, Canva, WordPress, and Facebook’s Meta Business Suite is preferredDigital savviness and willingness to learn new skills (we help you fill in any knowledge gaps!)Required:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or other related fields1+ years of previous digital marketing experience, whether it be from an internship, project, or previous role is strongly preferredAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks while working in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Business-casual office environmentwith a fully-stocked snack nook and a supportive teamHealth Insurance includes $300 paid by LeadPoint for the employee each month.
