Position Overview

El Mejor Precio is seeking an organized, dependable, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee daily website operations, maintain accurate online inventory, and support digital marketing and sales efforts.

As a wholesale liquidation business serving resellers throughout the Rio Grande Valley and beyond, we are looking for someone who can help maintain our online storefront, improve product visibility, and provide excellent service to our business customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience working with Excel, an understanding of online sales platforms, and the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing website administration with sales and other operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Website Administration

Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and availability.Update online inventory to ensure accurate product information and pricing.Coordinate with the company's software developer in Mexico regarding website updates, technical issues, and improvements.Monitor online orders, troubleshoot basic website issues, and assist with order processing.Maintain accurate records of online merchandise and inventory using Excel and other company systems.Digital Marketing & Sales Support

Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.Create and update promotional content for the company website and social media platforms.Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and attract new wholesale customers.Support online advertising efforts and promotional campaigns.Monitor customer inquiries and assist in converting prospective buyers into customers.Customer Service & Business Development

Respond professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms.Assist business customers with product availability, pricing, and order information.Build positive relationships with wholesale buyers and returning customers.Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate order fulfillment.Support sales activities and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.Inventory & Administrative Support

Maintain organized spreadsheets, inventory records, and product information.Assist with verifying merchandise availability and coordinating inventory updates.Identify discrepancies in pricing, quantities, or product listings and report them to management.Support other team members with administrative, sales, or operational tasks during slower periods.Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily business operations.Qualifications and Skills

Fluent Spanish communication skills required, including the ability to communicate professionally with a Spanish-speaking software developer.Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including data entry, spreadsheets, and basic formulas.Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and digital systems.Familiarity with website administration, e-commerce platforms, or online product management.Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining accurate business records.Willingness to assist with responsibilities outside of website administration as business needs require.Compensation and Benefits
