Content Marketing Duties: \- Copy editing content and ensuring it is original and professionally written based on a client’s tone of voice and requirements \- Oversee content creation by working with freelancers to make sure blog and link building content is created and delivered properly \- Come up with blog topic ideas by researching keywords and trends for clients of multiple industries \- Create video scripts and order video content creation A successful Digital Marketing Specialist has: \- Client experience and exceptional communication \- Both content and social media marketing experience \- Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising \- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail \- Can work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team communication \- The ability to take the initiative, and can work with little supervision (we prefer not to micro-manage) \- Full of ideas, a quick learner with a helpful, ‘can do’ attitude \- Someone who embraces all aspects of technology and is a strategic thinker \- Paid educational courses/classes to help you grow \- Supportive and motivating staff to help you succeed \- Monthly virtual happy-hours / dinners with the team \- Annual weeklong company retreats (depending upon COVID)
