Digital Marketing Specialist

Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of self-storage third party management and we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist is an analytical, self-starter who can think outside the box. The successful candidate will work well independently and as a member of a team collaborating on new ideas and marketing solutions. Job Duties: · Compile monthly reports and analyze data regarding marketing effectiveness · Manage actual marketing expenditures against budget, including review of invoices · Analyze ongoing PPC campaigns and take steps to optimize results · Order and coordinate the production and shipment of materials to facilities · Head up vinyl production, design, and fulfill orders · Collaborate with Operations to ensure content, branding and messaging are approved · Maintain and update brand identity guidelines and ensure that they are properly implemented across all facilities · Occasionally adjusting brochures, print advertisements, banners, flyers, logos and other marketing materials with Adobe Software programs Skills and Qualifications: · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines without constant supervision · Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills. · Strong analytical and problem solving abilities · Project management and organizational skills, and extraordinary attention to detail · Understand website and paid media (including Google AdWords) metrics and best practices · Skilled in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Drive · Support in the administrative tasks related to the department · Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel Benefits: · Paid Holidays · Two (2) weeks PTO · Dental vision benefits available · After 90 days of employment, free use of a 10 x 10 storage unit
