As we scale, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, think creatively, and help shape the voice of a disruptive brand. • Help manage our online presence, including website updates, blog publishing, and social media scheduling • Track and report performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Pardot • Create and organize content for lead generation (case studies, social media posts, product one-pagers) • Support outreach campaigns targeting property managers, building owners, and tech-savvy tenants • Stay on top of emerging digital trends and suggest fresh ways to reach our audience • Assist in SEO, keyword research, and basic web optimization tasks • Maintain our marketing calendar and help keep projects on track What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or content creation • Comfortable using marketing tools like Canva, WordPress, or Account Engagement • Curious and proactive with an interest in proptech or smart home/building innovation • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content best practices • Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail • Organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment • Bonus if you’ve worked in a B2B SaaS or tech startup before Why Join Us?
