Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Reports to: President Job Type: Salary-Exempt Location: 6951 W Little York Rd, Houston, TX 77040 At this time we are only accepting online applications. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES ● Plans and executes all web, email, social media, press release, and display advertising campaigns ● Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence ● Identify potential markets and find online opportunities for marketing and promotion ● Identify target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate displaying highly creative with experience ● Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. ● Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) ● Google Ads - creating campaigns and monitoring performance ● Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests ● Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points ● Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience ● Prepare and manage project schedules and status updates ● Coordinate with vendors to implement campaign initiatives ● Update and maintain company websites ● Skilled in SEO and website optimization knowledge ● Coordinate with team members who create and deliver ads ● Meet with sales teams to develop campaign initiatives ● Prepare cost estimates for campaigns ● Follow company safety & security guidelines ● Handles/assists internal document enhancements, graphics and PowerPoint presentations needed for company purposes ● Assists intra- company publication needs for reports and presentations ● Develops and maintains interested party contact data ● Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job ● Maintain advertising supplies, inventory, and promotional items ● Other duties as assigned or needed QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 80%) walk (20%) The employee is expected to lift or move materials (5% of workday) MENTAL DEMANDS Employee may be required to do the following: following set procedures and standards; applying basic mathematical skills; planning work and selecting proper tools; reading and interpreting information; judging distances and accurately; following oral and/or written directions; reading; writing; ability to recognize and report safety hazards WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
