Digital Marketing Specialist

What You Will Be Doing • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social platforms • Write and edit content for a variety of digital channels like social media, landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, and more • Lead day-to-day social media strategy, including content development, scheduling, and audience engagement • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights; share learnings and recommendations • Support website management and SEO efforts to increase visibility and improve user experience • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and amplify key messages • Assist with digital strategy for events, sponsorships, and recruitment marketing as needed What We Are Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field •  3–5 years of experience spanning digital marketing, content creation, and communications—either in-house or at an agency • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging across platforms and audiences • Proficiency with content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media scheduling platforms • Experience with paid digital advertising (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads) • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and a data-informed approach to content • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across departments to support broader brand goals • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) • 401K Retirement plan • Health, dental, vision and life insurance • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA) • Long-term disability • Holidays, Vacation and PTO • Bonus program If you are interested in this Digital Marketing Specialist position in Kansas City, MO then please Apply Now.
