Digital Marketing Specialist Tuesday and Thursday are required in-office hours, the expectation is that you are in the office by 9am and leave at 5:00pm. Roles and Responsibilities: • Work with a team to create comprehensive strategies to improve rank, conversion, and overall traffic for internal products and eternal clients • Work with sales staff and clients to develop appropriate digital advertising and content strategies • Create and manage social media campaigns • Create and manage Google Ad Words, YouTube and programmatic campaigns • Measurement and performance reporting • Research and analysis of competitor sites • Work with sales staff and Deseret Management Corporation in meeting with clients monthly to discuss strategy and review progress You are expected to integrate these core values into all you do at the agency.
