About the Role: In this role, you’ll support paid advertising efforts across Instagram and TikTok, contributing to both creative production and campaign strategy. What We’re Looking For: • Fluency in Mandarin and English to facilitate seamless communication with the team and audience • Advanced video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools • Strong writing skills and creativity in script/storyboard development • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis and performance tracking • Self-starter who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn quickly and grow • Background in marketing, communications, media, or a related field Bonus Points: • Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager or Facebook Ads Manager • Experience running or assisting with paid campaigns Position Details: • Requires on-site work in our West Hollywood (90038) office at least three days per week.
