At TAG, we play to your strengths - join us!Principal Responsibilities and Duties:Create and manage ads for Social Channels like Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Develop, execute, and mange social media advertising campaignsInteract with clients and account managers regarding offers, budgets, and performanceConduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their behaviors and habits.Measure and analyze campaign performance, A/B testing, and ROI/ROASOptimize campaigns based on performance metrics and trends.Create compelling ad visuals and copy.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.Create and manage profiles for social media channels - Facebook/IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.Create engaging social content that matches the voice and brand of the clientWork with Account Managers and clients to establish and maintain a community events calendar for clients to identify key events for participation and promote events online in conjunction with social mediaCreate engaging, conversion-focused marketing materials.Guide client onboarding by securing necessary resources and profiles to initiate services, ensuring an optimized, unified marketing strategy from the get-go.Ability to update client websites (WordPress) utilizing different themes and page builders utilizing SEO and UI/UX best practicesDemonstrate ability and desire to learn local SEO best practices, and implement onsite and offsite SEOCollaborate with cross-functional team membersParticipate in scheduled department meetings and other strategy sessions as neededAcquire and share new industry best practices in fitness, healthcare, and other industries with team membersMaintain Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) for client interactionComplete tickets, team assignments (queue), and all deliverables assigned to individual and team(s) you are a part ofDigital Marketing Specialists at TAG are given the opportunity to specialize in particular areas that best suit each person’s set of skills and desired responsibilities, but must be capable of performing all necessary duties.Required Skills:Must be adept at constantly seeking information on industry changesMust be a skilled researcherAbility to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and pointsHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationMust be able to quickly and effectively adapt to the ever changing landscape of the organization and industryExcellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skillsAbility to effectively communicate regularly with clients and foster growth of the client relationshipAbility to think creatively and strategically while utilizing out of the box methods to increase client ROI’sAbility to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficientlyDemonstrate the ability and willingness to help others achieve their bestAbility to meet deliverables consistently and without the creation of bottlenecksAbility to work within multiple cloud based software systems such as CRM, ticketing, messaging, Google SuiteMust have excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, listening, and written communication4+ Years Experience in Digital Marketing TAG DIGITAL MARKETING is an Equal Opportunity EmployerCompany DescriptionTAG is a full-service digital marketing agency with over two decades of expertise in delivering results-driven online strategies.
