As part of our in-house marketing team, the digital marketing specialist will enhance and grow our brand’s online presence through various social media accounts and online platforms. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the specialist will work cross functionally across the Marketing Department to grow NRG’s cross-channel online presence, while creating a more engaging and interactive experience for NRG guests while also measuring and analyzing results. • Provide overall marketing support to Marketing Team as needed. • Knowledge of online marketing channels and a desire to continually learn about new trends and the ever-changing social media landscape. • Executes with a sense of urgency • Creative thinker but grounded with business objective awareness.
