Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Details Job Location Lionstone Care Corporate Headquarters - Mayfield Heights, OH Position Type Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Assist in the design and production of branded print and digital materials • Manage website content updates and support front-end development (Shopify and WordPress) • Write marketing copy for websites, ads, social media, and brochures with a focus on conversions • Coordinate and publish social media content across major platforms • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors as needed • Provide creative support to local facilities, including flyers, signage, and basic photo editing • Support campaign planning, scheduling, and tracking in coordination with the VP • Light video editing and multimedia content development using AI tools and software Core Qualifications • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop • Web development or CMS experience; ideally comfortable with both Shopify and WordPress • Strong marketing copywriting skills-able to write clean, persuasive content that converts • Light video editing and familiarity with AI tools for content creation • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Framer, Procreate, Figma, Hootsuite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Asana, ClickUp, Google Drive/Sheets • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency instincts • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working across in-house and remote teams • Willing and able to travel locally to facilities when needed • Based in Ohio is a plus, but not required
