Digital Marketing Specialist

GRO, a full-service digital marketing and creative agency with offices in Alabama, Tennessee, and Michigan, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing agency in Nashville. The ideal candidate is smart, ambitious, and analytical. The Digital Marketing Specialist will create, manage, and optimize our client's paid advertising campaigns. This position has a half-time work from home policy in place, in order to give employees flexibility in their schedule and provide a better work/life balance. Requirements + Qualifications • A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and managing paid search, display, and social campaigns • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as with a team • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel management • Problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to new technologies • The desire to research and test new opportunities within the growing search marketplace • Able to multi-task and prioritize—must work well under pressure.
