The client is a leading financial services company headquartered in Atlanta, GA, founded by a Hall of Fame NFL quarterback. This position will play a key role in: • Generating leads for financial advisors through digital marketing • Producing high-quality video content to support marketing efforts • Optimizing ad campaigns and content strategies for maximum performance Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (Primary Focus) • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads • Generate leads for financial advisors (B2C) and advisor recruiting (B2B) • Create compelling ad visuals, landing pages, and marketing funnels • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns in real time to improve cost per lead and conversion rates • Manage CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot) and integrate lead flows with digital campaigns • Develop and implement email marketing automation to nurture leads and improve engagement The ideal candidate has: • Experience in both paid digital marketing and video production • Strong skills in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns • Video editing expertise with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro • A creative eye for engaging video content and ad creatives • Familiarity with financial services or advisor marketing is a plus • Work for a company founded by an NFL Hall of Famer • Be part of a high-impact marketing team • Competitive salary ($90,000 depending on experience) • In-person role in Atlanta with hands-on collaboration • Opportunity to create real business impact through innovative marketing and video
