Role Overview: We're seeking a full-time, in-person Digital Marketing Specialist to join our close-knit marketing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with leadership to plan, execute, and optimize content, advertising, and outreach initiatives that generate leads and support brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Requirements: • 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or a similar role • Strong grasp of B2B marketing strategies across multiple channels • Excellent copywriting and content development skills, especially using AI and design tools • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google, LinkedIn) and SEO tools • Working knowledge of WordPress (Avada theme experience a plus), Canva, and Zapier • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Must be able to work in-person from our Birmingham, AL office
