The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for enhancing the organization's online presence and performance across all digital channels. • Oversee the ongoing optimization of all digital marketing tactics • Develop and implement content marketing and social media strategies with sales and marketing team and Agency partners • Maintain The Plaza's social media presence • Maintain and optimize The Plaza Assisted Living website with Agency partners, including updating content, functionality, privacy compliance • Create (write and design) content to support digital marketing strategies including website, social, email marketing and reputation management • Assists team members and customers with digital marketing related trouble shooting (i.e. website, CRM) • Participate in all sales/marketing training • Assist with the promotion, planning, coordination and execution of Plaza Assisted Living events • Assist all Plaza Assisted Living communities with various marketing related tasks as needed Preferred: • A minimum of 2-3 years progressive digital marketing and SEO experience. • Experience developing marketing strategies. • Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
