Category & Campaign Management • Manage the day-to-day execution of Shopper Digital Media campaigns across Walmart Connect and social platforms (search, sponsored products, display, video, offsite) • Optimize campaigns in real time to improve performance and deliver against KPIs • Partner with media and data teams to review results and recommend actionable next steps Cross-Functional Collaboration • Act as the day-to-day digital marketing contact for assigned categories, working closely with Sales, Category Management, and Brand teams • Coordinate with Media and Data teams to ensure insights are applied across campaigns • Contribute to internal and client-facing meetings by presenting updates on category performance Influencer & Social Marketing Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from sourcing/briefing talent to tracking final content delivery • Support paid social initiatives, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and align with category goals • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related field (internships and entry-level roles count) • Understanding of digital marketing channels (search, display, social media, influencer) • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and product detail page optimization • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and identify opportunities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks across campaigns and content updates • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, category management, brand, and media) • Eagerness to learn new tools, test new tactics, and grow within the e-commerce space
