The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts across all paid and organic digital media platforms including but not limited to Google (Google Ads and Organic Search), LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Reddit. Paid Digital Advertising: Assist in planning and coordination of campaigns across Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), Paid Search (Google Ads), and Display marketing channels Manage creative assets, audience targeting, and A/B testing Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI Collaborate with creative team and agency to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging and calls to action SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to identify content opportunities Create or collaborate on blog posts, landing pages, and web content to drive organic traffic Optimize existing content for SEO and user experience Track rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics to inform strategy • These tasks do not meet the Americans with Disabilities Act definition of essential job functions and are usually less than 5% of time spent. Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing both organic and paid campaigns.
