• Paid Ads: Build, manage, and optimize Google campaigns; monitor budgets; analyze cost-per-click, conversions, and ROAS. Role-Specific Competencies • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and/or paid media management. • Proven expertise with: • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) • Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager • SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.) • Strong copywriting and ad creative testing skills • Experience managing budgets and ROI-driven campaigns • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clients + internal) • Creative thinker with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines • Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the internet/net media industry • Bonus: Experience with B2B and local SEO campaigns, conversion rate optimization, and landing page testing. Additional Skills • Knowledge of WordPress or basic web development for implementing SEO best practices.
