This role involves day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Microsoft Ads. You'll work within our internal processes while also taking initiative to drive performance, optimize campaigns, and meet client expectations and internal KPIs. You'll also work with internal teams to gather creative assets and ensure campaigns meet all compliance, brand, and co-op guidelines. Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) • Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities • Provide ongoing recommendations for budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign enhancements They should be eager to learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and grow in a fast-paced industry.
