The Digital Marketing Specialist will help us extend that mission by connecting prospective students with the opportunities Lipscomb offers. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing. What You'll Do • Build, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other emerging channels • Monitor performance, analyze results, and make data-informed adjustments to maximize effectiveness • Translate data into clear, actionable insights through reporting with GA4, ad dashboards, and CRM systems • Work alongside creative teams to produce compelling ad content that resonates with prospective students • Keep projects on schedule, ensuring excellence and accountability in delivery • Experiment with new tools, strategies, and audiences to expand Lipscomb’s reach and impact
