Better Business Bureau Serving Southeast Louisiana, established in 1933, serves eleven parishes in the greater New Orleans area. Key Responsibilities • Sell digital marketing products: website placements, sponsorships, profile enhancements, online visibility tools across BBB.org sites • Conduct proactive outreach campaigns to businesses with high potential for digital services • Analyze digital inventory and marketing opportunities to match business needs • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, call/activity reports, and campaign dashboards • Assist Accredited Businesses with profile optimization, listing enhancements, and seal placement • Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted outreach and digital campaigns • Provide customer service, troubleshooting, and support for active marketing clients • Monitor performance of digital campaigns and communicate results to clients • Uphold BBB standards and Code of Ethics
