Digital Marketing Specialist

You'll be relied on to continuously learn and combine your knowledge of the client objectives and our processes with your growing experience in digital marketing to help our team provide effective recommendations and implement solutions. This role requires you to be a critical thinker and a collaborative, awesome team player as well. This role serves as a rewarding opportunity to grow yourself and your own skills, as well as to help our team, our clients, and our business grow. • 1-3 years of work experience in digital marketing • Our key digital marketing service areas are: SEO, Paid media/PPC, Social media, Email, and all marketing-related items for website designs • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred • Agency experience is preferred • Some experience and a genuine desire to learn more about all areas of digital marketing and grow your skills to help our team with various types of projects, which could include: • Implementing and monitoring strategies across multiple digital channels (B2B, B2C, and nonprofit marketing) • Pulling/compiling reporting and analyzing data from multiple platforms/sources to help the Marketing Strategist provide insights on performance • SEO initiatives such as: keyword research, monthly reporting & checklists, writing blog posts and content, assisting with website project SEO tasks, etc. • Google Analytics certification preferred • Desire and ability to continuously grow existing skills in marketing as the platforms/media and tools are always changing • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent research and analytical skills • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills • Awesome copywriting skills • Solid math skills • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Basic knowledge working within a content management system • Fast learner: Self-motivated and able to manage working on multiple projects • Consistently looks to find solutions when faced with a challenge • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a great sense of humor
