We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a creative, with an ability to work independently and loves bringing ideas to life across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms • Collaborate on the Development of content for social media, email, landing pages, and websites • Manage social media pages for clients, including posting, scheduling, community interaction, and reporting • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools • Support SEO efforts through ongoing on-page optimization and content recommendations • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and brand standards • Prepare monthly analytics reports and performance summaries for clients • Qualifications • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content production (agency experience a plus) • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) • Excellent writing skills for digital and social copy • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio) • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment • Bonus: B2B or industrial marketing background, HubSpot/CRM experience • What We Offer • Competitive salary • Collaborative and supportive work environment • Work on high-impact campaigns for major industrial and construction brands • Flexibility (hybrid or on-site based on location) • How to Apply • Send your résumé, portfolio/examples of digital work, and a brief intro to [email protected] with the subject line: Digital Marketing Specialist – PKA Marketing.
