This is a remote position. Responsibilities : • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across email, social media, SEO / SEM, and paid advertising platforms • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems • Optimize digital content and landing pages for conversion rate improvement and user experience • Manage and grow email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A / B testing • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform strategy • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling, on-brand digital assets • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in campaign management and performance optimization • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and SEO tools • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A / B testing methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and analytical mindset • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus • Experience with Framer is a plus • Experience with AI and automation tool such as Make and Zapier is a plus.
