Digital Marketing Specialist

AE Digital is growing, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage, optimize, and implement digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of service-based clients. If you enjoy blending hands-on execution with strategic thinking—and love turning data into measurable growth—this role is for you. SEO Strategy, Implementation & Optimization • Help develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with client goals and service offerings • Conduct keyword research to support service pages, blogs, and local SEO initiatives • Analyze client websites to identify SEO opportunities, content gaps, and technical issues • Collaborate on and execute on-page optimizations, including metadata, internal linking, content improvements, and schema recommendations • Support local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization, review growth initiatives, and location-based content • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and site performance, adjusting strategy as needed Collaboration & Strategy • Work directly with the owner to align paid and organic strategies with client goals • Participate in campaign planning and optimization discussions • Stay current on PPC and SEO trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes—and proactively bring ideas forward What We're Looking For • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns from setup to optimization • Hands-on experience with SEO strategy and implementation (on-page, local, and content-focused SEO) • Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and performance metrics • Comfort working with analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
