This position works closely with the Brand and Marketing Specialist, the Video Production Specialist, and the Director of Marketing. Social Media and Platform Activity • Track changes in platform behavior and monitor engagement patterns • Provide performance reports that identify opportunities to expand reach • Maintain accurate information on all company social pages • Supply data and observations that support planning led by the Director of Marketing Digital Advertising • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns • Adjust keywords, targeting, and budgets based on performance data • Share results and recommendations with the Director of Marketing Reporting and Analysis • Track website performance, search placement, Google Business Profile activity, advertising results, and social metrics • Prepare reports that show progress, concerns, and required adjustments • Identify opportunities that strengthen the company’s digital presence and support sales teams Qualifications • Experience improving digital performance with measurable results • Skill in SEO practices, Google Business Profile management, map ranking improvements, backlink development, and digital advertising • Ability to review data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and website content systems • Strong organization and attention to detail • Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with a cross-department team
