Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Paid Social Campaign Support - Execute and manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, including audience targeting, creative setup, and performance monitoring - Make ongoing adjustments to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates Programmatic & ABM Campaign Support - Assist with the execution and optimization of programmatic and account-based marketing campaigns - Support targeting, audience development, and campaign setup in alignment with sales and marketing strategy Requirements: • 2–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B or growth-oriented environment • Hands-on experience with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing) and paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta) • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, technical SEO fundamentals, and link building • Familiarity with programmatic and ABM concepts and campaign execution • Experience with analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution tools • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft and optimize ad and website copy • Creative skills to match visuals with content
