Job Summary: This role is ideal for someone who understands how paid and organic channels work together, knows how to brief and manage agencies effectively, and takes accountability for performance, optimization, and results — not just execution. Responsibilities: • Own paid digital marketing programs: Oversee paid search, paid social, display, and other paid channels — including planning, performance monitoring, optimization, and budget management. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience owning paid and/or organic digital marketing programs • Hands-on understanding of paid media, SEO, and digital performance metrics • Experience working with and coordinating marketing agencies or external vendors • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Agency experience strongly preferred — either working at an agency or managing agencies on the client side.
