Lenz Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong SEO/SEM expertise, experience in web and campaign performance analysis, and a solid understanding of HTML. Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC) • Plan and occasionally manage paid search campaigns across Google Ad platforms • Continuously refine campaign targeting, bidding, and budgets to maximize ROI • Track and report on key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and cost per lead Web & Data Analytics • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and data dashboards such as Looker Studio and MixPanel) to track website performance and user behavior • Build regular performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients • Analyze landing page effectiveness, funnel performance, and attribution models • Identify optimization opportunities based on data trends Qualifications Required • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, keyword research tools, and SEO software • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console • Basic understanding of HTML and comfort making minor web edits • Experience analyzing digital performance metrics and presenting clear insights • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude and a desire to work closely with a tight-knit team
