Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead, execute, and continuously improve all digital marketing efforts across our company. This is a professional-level role requiring 5–10 years of digital marketing experience. Field & Office Collaboration (Content Creation) • Work on-site in the office and in the field to capture photos, videos, and digital assets • Collaborate with all divisions, employees, and managers (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, roofing, and mitigation) • Coordinate jobsite visits, team features, project highlights, and behind-the-scenes content • Translate real-world operations into authentic marketing content for campaigns, ads, social media, and branding Systems, Ownership & Accountability • Manage and optimize marketing systems including: • CRM platforms • Email and SMS automation • Analytics, call tracking, and reporting tools • Own initiatives end-to-end, from planning through execution • Identify problems, propose solutions, and follow through without daily oversight • PPC / Paid Media • Social Media Marketing • Email Marketing • Content Creation • Strong analytical, reporting, and ROI-focused decision-making skills • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms • Strong organization, ownership, and follow-through skills • Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
