We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to kick off our paid ads team in person at our Broken Arrow office. You'll be hands-on managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for real local businesses with real budgets. Here's what the day-to-day looks like: • Building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns from the ground up • Digging into analytics to figure out what's working, what's not, and what to do about it • Researching keywords and writing ad copy that converts • Talking to clients directly about performance • Collaborating with our SEO and creative teams to make sure everything works together • Getting cross-trained in SEO fundamentals so you understand the full picture of how local businesses win online • You'll be growing alongside one of the fastest-growing agencies in the game.
