Our client is a dynamic and results-driven organization seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Performance Marketing to join their fully remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid search (PPC), paid social, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will be responsible for managing campaign budgets, analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and continuously optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and paid media. Experience with affiliate marketing platforms is a plus.
